We’re addressing a unique, frustrating case where Kayn's VFX is hidden while in terrain. This means he could use another push forward, so we’re adding some oomph to benefit all players across skill levels by boosting his less popular rankups. Our 11.12 buffs to Aphelios steered him in the right direction, but cost him more power in Elite play than we’d hoped, leaving him weaker overall. Passive bonus damage and lethality increased. Astronaut Maokai, Astronaut Rammus, Astronaut Veigar, and Astronaut Corki will be available July 1st, 2021. PROJECT: Zed Prestige Edition will be available June 24th, 2021.

In short, we’re pulling back on places where mobility has crept up, including a few items that have gone beyond the limits of where they should be. This is largely a systems-based patch, where most of our work went into reducing mobility.
